Strudels Hund

Strudels Hund (lit. Strudel's Dog, formerly known as Strudel's Coil) is one of Strudel's abilities in Rosenkreuzstilette ~Freudenstachel~. Using it Freduia can call Strudel to create an ice replica of Rush to jump to high locations. It is obtained by defeating Schwer-Muta Casasola Merkle. While using Strudels Hund, Freudia's Freudenstachel is replaced with a generic projectile.

Trivia

• Strudels Hund is the game's equivalent of Rush Coil from the Mega Man series, which was first introduced in Mega Man 3.
• In the original 1.00a release, the passwords that should flag Strudels Hund as obtained would not work right if Grolla Seyfarth has not been beaten. On the other hand passwords with Grolla beaten but Schwer-Muta not would give Strudels Hund anyways. This bug is likely caused by Freudenstachel using the same password system as it's predecessor where Grolla gave Silberflügel "Eins". This bug was ultimately patched out in the 1.01a patch.
• If Freudia is hit immediately while using the spring function of Strudels Hund it can become stuck and will not teleport away properly.
