The Ghost Town is the setting for Grolla Seyfarth's stage in Rosenkreuzstilette. The player goes through a ghost town under the night of a full moon, with a dense fog that covers most of the outside areas of the haunted town. It also has catacombs, as well as a graveyard which is the location of the grave site of Raimund Seyfarth (in other words, the backdrop for the boss fight with Grolla). It is also located near Zeppelin's Castle, as shown in the Rosenkreuzstilette Grollschwert credits (where Raimund's grave is shown located near the castle itself).

The Ghost Town remains as the setting for Grolla's stage in Rosenkreuzstilette ~Freudenstachel~'s C75 Trial version, with a different layout. Here, the latter part of the stage is now in the middle of a bloody rainstorm. An interesting fact is that said part also uses a Ghosts n' Goblins motif, which was later also used for the Mountainside Dungeon in the C76 Trial/Final Version of the game.

Stage Hazards[]

Grolla's stage in Rosenkreuzstilette Freudenstachel is one of few stages to gain new hazards in its remodeling. Near the end of her stage, it starts to rain blood and causes the ground to be slippery, much like the rain doing the same in Sichte's stage in the original game.

Trivia[]

  • The Ghost Town appears to be based on the graveyards in Ghosts n' Goblins and the Castlevania series.
  • In the English version of Rosenkreuzstilette, Grolla's Stage name is a reference to the Japanese title for Konami's Castlevania: Symphony of the Night, 悪魔城ドラキュラX 月下の夜想曲 (Akumajō Dorakyura Ekkusu: Gekka no Yasōkyoku, lit. Devil's Castle Dracula X: Nocturne in the Moonlight).
